because lintian indicated that I must give NMU as version to that

yes, till I worked on the package, I've found a bug (a binary
package is empty), but I didn't reported that, just fixed it in new
version. I don't know that the Bump-Standard-Version modifaction
is fixup or not.

I've made the package about two weeks ago, and wrote a
notification to debian-hams@ list, but still didn't get any
answer.
