The package description should give the reader enough information to
make a decision about whether they are interested in the package.

That entails that any jargon which cannot be assumed as common knowledge
must be briefly explained.

Please add a paragraph to the description(s) which state what “the
COARDS convention” means — enough for someone unfamiliar with that term
to decide whether they want the package.
