Package: sponsorship-request
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the package "a2jmidid"
This NMU is so it builds on ppc64el. The FTBFS bug report with the
patch have been open for quite some time now.

* Package name    : a2jmidid
  Version         : 8~dfsg0-2.1
  Upstream Author : Nedko Arnaudov <nedko@arnaudov.name>
* URL             : http://home.gna.org/a2jmidid
* License         : GPL-2
  Section         : sound

It builds those binary packages:

  a2jmidid - Daemon for exposing legacy ALSA MIDI in JACK MIDI systems

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

https://mentors.debian.net/package/a2jmidid

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/a2jmidid/a2jmidid_8~dfsg0-2.1.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/patches:
    - ppc64-sigsegv.patch: sigsegv.c: added condition to use ucontext.h
      for ppc64, which wasn't being covered. (Closes: #769141)

Thanks and regards,
Fernando
