Changes since last upload:

  * New upstream release
  * Update upstream maintainer GPG key (new identity)
  * Patch to remove deperecated pragma is applied upstream, delete from
    quilt series.
  * Adjust debian/rules and eoconv.manpages to change of upstream build
    system.
