Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the package "discover".

It is an NMU and would fix #812667 and #533688.

It builds those binary packages:

discover - hardware identification system
libdiscover-dev - hardware identification library development files
libdiscover2 - hardware identification library

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

https://mentors.debian.net/package/discover

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/d/discover/discover_2.1.2-7.1.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

  * Non-maintainer upload.

  [ Helmut Grohne ]
  * Fix FTCBFS: Pass --host to configure (Closes: #812667).

  [ Logan Rosen ]
  * Fix FTBFS on various archs: Use autotools-dev to update
    config.guess and config.sub. (Closes: #533688)

Regards,

I am closing this one, since the general recommendation is to use other
packages instead of discover.
I would actually try to fix this, but this is not a critical package and
do not I have the skills to resolve this quickly.

Regards.

Fernando
