 The main goal of the new version is to fix #846783 (important), where 
the upgrade from 0.15.1-1 to 0.16.1-1 fails because I moved the manpage 
from the freedroidrpg-data to freedroidrpg  ; I added a breaks+replace 
to get around this. The full last changelog entry is :

freedroidrpg (0.16.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Added a breaks+replace on because the manpage moved off the -data
  package (Closes: #846783).
  * Declared -data as Multi-Arch: foreign following hint.
