Wierd. I wasted some CPU cycles and build bcron in by sbuild 79 times in
row. 4 of them I got error about sched_dump test and 1 case of
spool-list-perms (same as on debomatic). Also, I have exec-fds test fail
or pass on my live system depending on shell I invoke tests from.

I am not sure, whether it is issue with testsuite (wish everybody used
DejaGnu) or program itself, but, FWIW, bcron works on my system fine.

I would not dare to ask upstream to help me track such elusive bug,
since v0.10 is not latest version, and upgrade would require upgrade of
bglibs.

I consider disabling mentioned three tests (exec-fds,
spool-list-perms,sched_dump). WDYT?
