Package does not build using pbuilder, I think a B-D on zip is missing

Two additonal nitpicks:
- Maybe a versioned dependency on gnome-shell?
- The patch for gnome-shell 3.22 is not needed, as with newer gnome-
shells the default has been changed, so that no longer needed.
