not needed.


they are changes done by the maintainer, so all you need to do is list them in changelog
[ Person1 ]
* fix bump
* patch
* refactor

[ Person2 ]
* fix bug #foo
* rebase patch for bug #bar

and everything is good.

please don't override maintainer fixes, even if they weren't uploaded
