look e.g. to the various node-* packages, they seem to be "clean" in the
debian directory, your packaging seems more complicate, but
you are mostly a DD now, so I don't want to bother too much


Also, I prefer to avoid GPL-3+ license for Debian packaging, it makes impossible
to forward patches upstream (also Expat in this case) without relicensing them.

and some copyright bothering were spot by lintian

but the problem I see is missing copyrights, e.g.
