Bug#828104: RFS: sollya/5.0+ds-1 [ITP] -- library for safe floating-point code development

> I am looking for sponsorship for the Debian package sollya [1], an

quick look:

1)
Suggests: libsollya-dev (=${binary:Version}), sollya-doc (= ${source:Version})

so, the main sollya package is not using the library?

2)
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, libgmp-dev, libmpfr-dev, libmpfi-dev, libfplll-dev, libxml2-dev, ${misc:Depends}

why libsollya5 has a dependency on the -dev packages? I would expect the dev package to pull
them in, not the library itself

3) many circular suggestions between packages, this looks wrong to me.

4) debian GPL-3, * is CeCILL-C

this makes difficult to forward patches upstream

5) COPYING mentions GPL-3

6) can you please double check again the multiarch tags?

cheers,

Gianfranco
