Dear mentors,
I am looking for a sponsor for a QA upload to fix an RC bug. fvwm, a
useful window manager for running package test suites, depends on
libstroke, so with this upload I hope to avoid fvwm being AUTORM'd.
I also dealt with some Lintian errors. I did not modernise the package.
I have verified this upload in the following ways:
- builds in clean sid chroot
- passes piuparts
- debdiff shows no files added/removed (aside from triggers change)
- fvwm still builds after ldconfig trigger change

* Bump debhelper compat to 5 (Closes: #817554).
* Tighten libstroke0-dev's dependency on libstroke0 to match version.
* Clear dependency_libs field in /usr/lib/libstroke.la.
* Replace libstroke0.postinst with ldconfig trigger in libstroke0.triggers.
