Well, I think the problem I ran into was that there's a lot of other things
called "pyTAP" or something to the effect - see
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=pytap&ia=about and it's hard to know that the one I'm
using is what I need. Perhaps there should be a name/identifier change and a
proper package should be put on PyPI.
