Package: sponsorship-request
Severity: wishlist

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "pygithub"

* Package name    : pygithub
  Version         : 1.26.0-1
  Upstream Author : Vincent Jacques <vincent@vincent-jacques.net>
* Url             : https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PyGithub
* Licenses        : LGPL-3+, GPL-3+
  Section         : python

It builds those binary packages:

    python-github -- Access to full Github API v3 from Python2
    python3-github -- Access the full Github API v3 from Python3

To access futher information about this package, visit the following URL:

    http://mentors.debian.net/package/pygithub

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

    http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/p/pygithub/pygithub_1.26.0-1.dsc

Alternatively, you can access package debian/ directory via git from URL:

    git://github.com/kaction/deb-pygithub.git

More information about pygithub can be obtained from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PyGithub

Changes since last upload:

  * New upstream release
  * Update watch file to use pypi.debian.net
  * Disable tests, since they need network
  * Disable installation of test modules and data
  * Rename binary packages (python-pygithub -> python-github)
    (Closes: #808467)

Regards,
  Dmitry Bogatov

because typos are not nice, and also developers like to be able to read
without having to mind-correct words while reading, usually :)

oh, well, let's upload.
I tried to rebuild the r-dep but it behaves in a weird way (it picks up
the old package, even with its build-dep changed and the old
python-pygithub not even installed), but I don't think that should
hold this. I guess, if something needs more tweaking, fixing, another
upload is easy to do :)
