Did you actually talk with James before the upload? Your mail
makes it sound like you didn't.
Anyway, I was busy yesterday afternoon (CET) until today in the
afternoon and wasn't at the computer. So, I couldn't review and
upload the package that quickly.
In any, I normally prefer some coordination before uploading so
we avoid duplicate work and b0rked packages.
