I ve found other packages with similar citings in setup.py http://sources.debian.net/src/python-django-compressor/1.5-3/setup.py/?hl=38#L38 http://sources.debian.net/src/cliff-tablib/1.1-1/setup.py/?hl=24#L24 http://sources.debian.net/src/python-django-formtools/1.0-1/setup.py/?hl=32#L32 but i couldn't find any particular mention in those packages copyright files.. and i am not really sure how to proceed with this..
