hardening-no-fortify-functions

the second keywords entry is "keywords"
the fortify are usually added by CPPFLAGS
override_dh_auto_build and inside dh_auto_build is called
same for clean
please remove them
another review will follow as soon as the above is fixed.
(please remove moreinfo when you address the issues)
