Hi Julien,

the packaging looks good, however I would appreciate if you could
take the watch file from here
http://pypi.debian.net/traitlets/watch


and maybe fix it to avoid dev0 to show up as a newer version.

Unfortunately I don't know how to uversionmangle it :)
