All right ...

let's do it this way with Vulture: a single new binary, build on Python 3 instead on Python 2
(like the Python policy says it).

The one big thing in the archive with is going to employ is Prospector, which is currently running
on py2. But, transferring Prospector and its requirements to py3 is one of the next tasks to do.
Vulture is going to be in NEW for a time, anyway, and is then readily waiting for Prospector to
come right after.

To build two binaries, vulture{,3} or python{,3}-vulture is no good alternative to that,
alternatives (maint scripts) are rather complex, needs duplicating the same man page into two
files with different names, confusing for the end user, and next to Prospector-being-transferred
nothing really needs the main module in both public paths (and even not at the same time).

So, here we go with:

committed changes:

Buildlog:

fresh Mentors upload:

Cheers,
Daniel
