Please revert that. The point of the libav->ffmpeg transition is that ffmpeg provides libavcodev-dev, libavformat-dev, etc.
I am sorry. I tried to build it with the stretch ffmpeg packages which did not provide these packages and therefore added them.
I uploaded a new iteration with Build-Depends in its original state. Kind regards, Bernhard
