Changes since the last upload:

  * Non-maintainer upload
  * New upstream version
  * Removed libtool .la files
  * Rename libpolyml1 to libpolyml6
  * Bump up Standards-Version to 3.9.6
  * Bump up debian/compat to 9, and use dh_prep over dh_clean -k
  * Enabled build hardening with dpkg-buildflags
  * Made descriptions more consistent

The maintainer has not updated this package in years. Various people including myself have attempted to contact the maintainer (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=561763), but these have failed, so I have packaged it myself to hopefully move things along.
