Bug#782074: RFS: ublock/0.9.3.0-1 [ITP] -- general-purpose lightweight ads, malware, trackers blocker

Hi Harlan,

Thanks for pointing out the licensing issues. I've fixed those and the issue I
described in my previous email. Even though the filters are removed from the
package, uBlock redownloads them during filter list updates. Is this acceptable
or should non-free filters be also removed from filter-lists.json?

The latest package can be downloaded here:
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/u/ublock/ublock_0.9.3.0+dfsg1-1.dsc

The following filters were removed for non-free licenses:
abp.mozilla-hispano.org: CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0
dl.dropboxusercontent.com: CC-BY-NC-SA-2.5
easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/liste_fr.txt: CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0
liste-ar-adblock.googlecode.com: CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0
mirror1.malwaredomains.com: "This malware block lists provided here are for free for noncommercial use as part of the fight against malware."

someonewhocares.org: "You are free to copy and distribute this file for non-commercial uses"
winhelp2002.mvps.org: CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0
home.fredfiber.no: CC-BY-NC-ND-3.0

The following filters were removed for unclear license information:

adblock.schack.dk
hosts-file.net
