Oof!  A very good point indeed!  Yes, I'm actually in the habit of using
the pgp-clean tool from the signing-party package, but it was broken for
a while (at least on my system), so I just used gpg --export --armor,
and... well, yes, you're absolutely right that 300K is a very
unreasonable size for this case!

I've uploaded a new version to the same mentors.d.n location.  Thanks
