    + Changed Section from interpreters to python.
    + Change of maintainer.
    + Bumped Debhelper level to 8 (also im deb/compat).
    + Changed b-p of python-all-dev to python-all.
    + Bumped Standards to 3.9.5.
    + Added Homepage.
    + Added ${misc:Depends} to Depends.
  * deb/copyright: Updated and changed throughout.
  * deb/rules:
    + Added build-arch and -indep build targets.
    + Added removal of egg-info (version backlog in setup.py).
    + Package changelog now handled by dh_installchangelogs (deleted
      from deb/docs).
    + Removed unnecessary comments and dh helpers.
  * Added watch file, doc-base, sources/format.
  * Removed deb/examples (not included).

On the ITA w/o RFA bug: I've been in contact with John Goerzen on this.
