Just a few minor issues:

- your package FTBFS when built twice in a row:

dpkg-source: info: using source format `3.0 (quilt)'
dpkg-source: info: building cil using existing ./cil_0.07.00.orig.tar.gz
dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
 cil-0.07.00/changelog
 cil-0.07.00/cil.1
dpkg-source: error: aborting due to unexpected upstream changes, see
/tmp/cil_0.07.00-7.diff.f3NODX
dpkg-source: info: you can integrate the local changes with dpkg-source --commit
dpkg-buildpackage: error: dpkg-source -b cil-0.07.00 gave error exit status 2

Your existing override_dh_installdocs target isn't necessary, by the
way, since dh_installchangelogs will recognize "Changes" as a
changelog and install (and rename) it in the right place, so you don't
have to rename it yourself.

- please revert your change to Vcs-Browser in debian/control (the
existing link is correct)

Regards,
Vincent
