A few notes:
 * nftables kernel support is included with Linux 3.13. Already in Debian.
 * One of the nftables build-dep is libnftnl. Already in Debian.
 * this is the first mainstream release of nftables.
 * the first RFS was for nftables 0.100, but I was actually packaging
0.099 with some additional upstream commits. The version is now fixed.
