Your package instructs dh_install to install files in multiarch
directories (see your various .install files), but you do not have the
required multiarch metadata in debian/control (either go full-on
multiarch, or don't...halfway in between doesn't work). Also, why is
your package unsuitable for multiarch? This is pretty much the easiest
MA-ifiable package you can have (it uses autotools and dh with
d/compat=9); just refer to the examples at [1] if you're still not
sure.
