  * Fix FTBFS with clang (Closes: #689751)
  * Replace manual update config.{sub,guess} with autotools-dev:
    - Add Build-Depends autotools-dev (>= 20100122.1)
    - Drop fix-outdated-autotools-helper-file.patch
  * Drop debian/tpb.devfs
  * Remove Suggests: xfonts-base-transcoded, this is removed from the archive
  * Use wrap-and-sort debian/control file
  * Bump to Standards-Version 3.9.4, no changes needed
  * Update copyright file to version 1.0 format
