For this part, they replied that they felt doing that is not
appropriate:
I do NOT recommend change to assignee as given; we can change to a
“role based” address, but we do NOT recommend that this be a public
list. The purpose of the assignee is not a point of contact for the
general public; although provided in the IANA tables, it is point of
contact for IANA.
So I left the assignee as is.
