kernel 2.4.19

I've had a look through my patch set (derived from the
FAQ, which I should go update sometime soon) comparing it
to the 2.4.18-2.4.19 patch, now that 2.4.19 is finally
released.

The following LSB modifications are *included* in 2.4.19:
i386/kernel/signal.c (the changes don't appear in
    the patch for ppc/kernel/signal.c nor ia64/kernel/signal.c
    in the former case it may already be okay in the base
    code; in the latter I know the change is carried in the
    ia64-specific patch)
fs/fcntl.c
fs/read_write.c
ipc/sem.c
mm/filemap.c
mm/mprotect.c
fs/pipe.c

*Not* found are:
char/tty_io.c
char/tty_ioctl.c

I believe there are either one or two other conformance 
patches but since I haven't found those in their original
form yet, I can't report on their presence in 2.4.19.
