should be modified then, because it says:

Along these lines:
A new (and hopefully final) version of the sample implementation
will be uploaded this weekend as well. The 20020613 version still
has some failures due to misenterpretation on my side of the FHS
clause in the LSB spec (it does currently not include all directories
that are mandatory according to the FHS, so some tests fail and this
will get fixed with the new version that I will upload).
