LSB Certification Pilot email

Hello,

On 21-Jun-2002 I emailed a completed LSB Certification Pilot
Questionnaire to lsb-compliance@lists.sourceforge.net per the
instructions in the questionnaire.  However, this address does
not appear to work.  See the failure message below.  Can you
please advise me how/where to send the questionnaire?
