new stuff from Stuart/Chris

The same directory contains lsbappchk-1.1.pre12.020620
and lsblibchk-1.1.pre12.020620

It's getting a little fuzzy here, but I presume that
the ones in the beta ftp area are the ones we want
to continue testing with.... is there any substantive
difference between the two at this point?

(I'm just talking about these two, libchk and appchk)
