As written, this FVT has two shortcomings:
(1) the system under test is required to have a non-lsb
transport (if you don't say otherwise, it will use rsh).
The test should point at an rsync server, which means
the path will look like servername::foo - note the
double colons. This was discussed quite a while back.
(2) the server side of rsync is untested, there should
be some stuff to set up an rsync server and access it.
