1) Install Red Hat Linux 7.3
2) ensure that the 'redhat-lsb' package is installed.
As of yet, Red Hat Linux 7.3 is the only Red Hat Linux platform that
has any real attempt at LSB compliance.
If you're testing on a system that was not designed to be an LSB
Runtime Environment, do: 'ln -s ls-linux.so.2 /lib/ld-linux.so.1'
