I've uploaded a new lsb-runtime-test binary package to:

ftp://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/test_suites/beta/binary/distribution

Tests that should no longer fail:

ANSI.os/streamio/tmpfile/T.tmpfile 2 
LSB.os/tset/LSB.os/genuts/nftw/T.nftw 8
POSIX.os/devclass/tcsetpgrp/T.tcsetpgrp 6
