T.syslog_L 115 in lts_lsb-os-1.0.2.6 formats a string with the following, amoung other things: %10$#+-.*13$hi According to my sprintf man page, the # flag is not defined for the i conversion (according to the glibc info pages, it "doesn't do anything useful for the `%d', `%i', or `%u' conversions").
