Questions about the PCTS testcases

Anyone,

When I run lts_vsx-pcts-1.0.1.1.tgz on any of the five distros, I get the
following results:

            | TOTALS Succeeded Warnings Unresolved Unsupported
NotInUse|
Section | Expect Actual Failed FIP Uninitiated Untested

What does it mean that 2758 test cases out of 2844 are Not In Use? If I
look at the build report, it says that they build correctly. I run the
test by taking the defaults for each distro. I just hit enter. Is there
something that needs to happen to get these test cases to run? Again,
these two lines look the same on all distros. This is a third of the test
cases for the entire suite.

Thanks for any feedback or help you can give.
