switch to real TTY's

I've setup a null modem cable connection between 2 ttys to see what
impact using real ttys might have on the test scoring.  I edited
SRC/install/tetexec.top to define the tty's, but in subsequent tests it
looks like the test is still using pty's:

30||VSX_TERMIOS_TTY=/dev/pts/XXX
30||VSX_TERMIOS_LOOP=/dev/pts/XXX

Is there something else that needs to be changed?
