Release candidate for LSB-FHS 2.2 test suite

A release candidate for the GA version of the LSB-FHS2.2 suite is
now available at:

ftp://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/test_suites/beta/source/distribution/lts_lsb-fhs-1.0.1.2beta.tgz

This proposed final cut addresses the following issues over the
previous betas:

1. The test assertions   are now renumbered as per the FHS2.2 Specification

2. The Test for libm.so are now marked NOTINUSE since the requirement
is not in the specification

3. The test for presence of the /usr/src directory is now optional

4.  The test for /usr/share/man was conditional, but is
    required by the documentation so is now mandatory

5.  A test has been added for the required directory /var/local/

6. Tests for the logfiles in /var/log are optional dependent on the
subsystem being installed, before their presence was required
