I thought the LSB policy was not to add GPL like licenses. The db3 library
reads

 * 3. Redistributions in any form must be accompanied by information on
 *    how to obtain complete source code for the DB software and any
 *    accompanying software that uses the DB software

Which therefore rules out proprietary software running under LSB compliant
distros. Its like the GPL one but if anything more broad.
