Library Naming Standard

Who is working on the Library Naming Standard portion of the specification
that was discussed during the December workgroup meeting?

I would like to get some action items in the LSB's task manager and
determine what could be written and put in the spec now.

Have we decided on a library loading mechanism, library naming/versioning,
library directory?
