First off, thank's for working through all of this. Trying it out and finding
out what happens is exactly the kind of feedback we need right now.

Technically, if rsh isn't a LSB specified command, then it shouldn't be in
SI, and an application shouldn't be calling out to it. Possibly, we need to
add rsh (and ssh), but it should be added to the spec first.

Similar thing for fnmatch. If it is useful, and is well defined, then maybe
we should add it to the spec.
