lsbdev 1.0.7 & lsb-rpm-4.0.3

I've uploaded two packages to ftp://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/lsbdev:

lsbdev-1.0.7
  - Updated of lsbdev which now includes a recent snapshot of the LSB
    header files (but does not use them by default - see the README by
    default
  - No longer contains rpm 3.0.7

lsb-rpm-4.0.3
  - A repackaged version of rpm 4.0.3. This produces v3 format
    packages and can be used in conjunction with lsbdev to produce
    LSB compliant packages. By default lsbdev-1.0.7 expects lsb-rpm
    to be installed (see lsbdev.conf if you want to change this)
    This version of rpm should NOT be used for general package
    management. Where possible lsb-rpm will place files (doc,info,man)
    in the FHS mandated places.
