I uploaded new versions of Ralf Flaxas work.

Cross development environment. Self containded package based
on Calderas public Beta, which is availible as tar archive
of the CD.

Minimal (sample) implementation. Change-rooted LSB application
test environment which should work distribution independent.

Same libraries (including X) are still missing.
