Haven't found any loss in functionality, but did find a bad link in the Runtime test FAQ.
Bad link from http://www.linuxbase.org/test/lsb-runtime-test-faq.html. Under the Pax question, the ftp:/ftp.suse.com/pub/people/kukuk/pax/ link needs another "/", i.e., ftp://ftp. The current link takes you to http://linuxbase.org/ftp.suse.com/pub/people/kukuk/pax/ which isn't correct.

Subject: Linux Standard Base's home page
There has been some effort to consolidate our LSB databases, software, and
documents. The URL http://linuxbase.alt.org/ points to our new system.
Hopefully it should look the same. Please take a quick look and let us know if
anything is *missing*. If there are no major problems, then we will rename
linuxbase.alt.org in a couple of weeks. Afterwards, we will take the old
linuxbase.org offline.
This is a migration from a group of systems to a single system. We are looking
lost functionality, *not* for things that need editorial cleanup or
maintenance. That will come later.
