Remember the base reference has to contain software the LSB doesnt
specify - fsck for example is not relevant to ISV's

I've got the test suite. I read the install manual and did something else.
When I've found something stronger to drink I'll have another run at getting
it up.

Whats the official list for the documentation stuff. I suppose I should
join it and get going
