Possibly. The IPs are all over the place, though, many from client PCs.
This doesn't rule out spammers taking systems over via malware, natch.

Since they're all currently spoofing Chrome/87, I've blocked that version
from using the proxy with a message to contact me. So far nothing. If I
still get nothing, then I might bounce it at the webserver level instead of
at the proxy level so it stops spamming my logs.
