[gopher] Gophernicus 2.1 "for Workstations" released

Howdy,

Finally got around fixing Debian packaging for Gophernicus so that it works with both inetd (Wheezy) and systemd (Jessie). Apart from the .deb package working now there was a possible uninitialized char in strcut() - I couldn't think of any way to exploit it but it's fixed now.
