[gopher] experimental changes to Veronica-2 fetches
Veronica-2 has been altered to use a "bonus" table to improve query
fetching speed which precalculates much of the information used to
compute relevance. Combined with some hidden bounds control, this improves
actual Veronica searches by about 3x speed and VISHNU by about 1.5x.
The bot is temporarily halted while this is tested. Please report oddness
or unexpected or spammy results; I'm trying to figure out edge cases in
the algorithm.
